Sorry, I couldn't make the camera work quite right, problems w/ the flash and lighting, and some pics got lost, but at least it gives an idea. These are made by local women artists, from variety of materials, faux fur, feathers, silk, textiles.

The 1st is actually glazed ceramic, with medicine bottles and a cute cat and mouse. The "locked heart purse" has a padlock to secure it.
The 2nd on left are 4 little fish purses, origami omiyage from old kimonos, hanging down from a bamboo rod which is attached to the wall with 2 iron butterflies. Nice display, but the pic isn't clear enough to show it.

Seriously dude...I just LOVE bags. I go crazy when I see bags, especially nice ones that I could match with my outfit.

ks, hehe, you mean Shop, right? I can't sell, just display at gallery. Such a cute idea though, ceramic purse with kitten. If I can get another camera, I'll take more pics, there's lots of nice bags here. dd

(I only rarely work the office, I've been 2 yrs in the building, which also houses the American Red Cross-Red Crescent Center and Eureka Municipal Auditorium.)
